If she doesn't have the perfect answer for a question, she calls on her team at Cressy & Everett to get us the information asap. My wife and I were buying a house from out of state, and Kelly coordinated two full weekends of house tours. After we were under contract, she met with all the inspectors to get quotes and reports for us. Now that we've closed on the house, she is going above and beyond to help with contractors so we can have new wood floors move-in-ready! From the first time we called her through the day we finally got to town, Kelly has been incredibly responsive and exceeded every expectation.

Debbie was more than i could ever expect!! She was so patient and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't hesitate to book a house asap. Debbie would also inform me of certain important issues a house could potentially have. For example new windows will be needed, the basements flooded before..etc.. information that she told me about but would let me all decide what I wanted. I told her up front. Don't lie if you think this is a bad investment or that I could get a better place for the money I was willing to put up.. she didn't hesitate. This on turn made her job more difficult but it led me to finding my dream home!! I love my new home! I loved the honesty and availability Debbie shown me and did for me and my boys. I would recommend Debbie in s heart beat! She's so kind and very intelligent and knows what she's doing.
